Helping A Business Customer In An Emergency

Desperate to immediately acquire a new vehicle and all out of options, the team at Travelers Auto went the extra mile to make it happen.

Just as David was getting ready to catch a red-eye flight to Toronto for a last minute business meeting, his vehicle broke down, leaving his wife suddenly without a car. He had a vehicle picked out at a local dealership but didn’t have time to leave work to apply for the financing.

I was feeling a bit stressed so I called Coast Capital Savings to see how quickly I could get approved and if it was even possible to get the financing for vehicle that same day. I was told they had a brand new division that specialized in Auto financing and I could fill out an application online without even leaving my office. I received a call from the Auto Department within 1-hour after completing with the good news that I was approved.

There was an additional challenge given that it was getting late and David didn’t have time to get a check to the dealer until the next day, and the dealership wasn’t willing to release the vehicle until they had payment in hand. Using our dealership connections, we arranged for the payment and delivery of the vehicle and David simply had to hitch a ride from work to the dealership and pick up his new car.
